Requirements for Businesses Providing TAC-Supported Services

To provide domestic and gardening services, you must operate a cleaning or gardening business with an ABN registered with the Australian Government. If you do not have an ABN, please contact us to discuss the possibility of registering to provide services.

Services Eligible for Coverage Under TAC Guidelines

We can help cover the reasonable costs of domestic and gardening services, with prior approval, following a transport accident injury. Our support extends to:

Regular and Routine Essential Housework: Including cleaning, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming to keep your home tidy and hygienic.
Essential Gardening: Such as mowing, weeding, raking leaves, and clipping hedges to maintain a well-kept outdoor space.

For seasonal and occasional tasks like gutter clearing, window cleaning, and pruning, please submit a quote to us for approval.

Our client performed the domestic and gardening tasks before their transport accident and can no longer perform these tasks due to their injuries.

Our client or their partner has died as a result of their transport accident injuries.

Preferred Providers: Please note that we are not accepting new applications for preferred providers while we review the registration requirements for this program.
